President Jokowi Officiates Regional Road Instruction in E. Java Province

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Friday (03/08) inaugurated 33 road sections as part of the implementation of Presidential Instruction on Regional Roads (IJD-Inpres Jalan Daerah) program in Madiun, East Java province.

“By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, this morning I hereby inaugurate the implementation of Presidential Instruction on Regional Roads in East Java province,” President Jokowi said.

According to the President, a budget of Rp925 billion was allocated for the construction and rehabilitation of road infrastructure.

“The total length is 275 kilometers, with a budget of Rp925 billion. This is a large budget, Rp925 billion for 33 road sections,” he said.

For the record, this program is expanded to other regions in the country, not only in East Java province. (FID/UN) (RIF/MMB)
