President Jokowi Open Trade Expo Indonesia 2015
President Jokowi pay attention to textile products displayed in the Trade Expo Indonesia, in JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Wednesday (21/10)
President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) opened the Trade Expo Indonesia 2015, in JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta (21/10). The 30th Trade Expo Indonesia will be held for five (5) days until Sunday (25/10) next.
Just like the implementation of the previous years, the Trade Expo Indonesia 2015 also displayed Indonesia’s export products from various sectors of industry, mining, agriculture, and handicrafts.
“By reciting Bismillahirrahmanirrahim the 30th Trade Expo Indonesia 2015 I declare officially opened”, President Jokowi said in brief remarks to initiate the implementation of 30th Trade Expo Indonesia.
Furthermore, accompanied by Minister of Trade and Industry Minister Thomas Lembong Saleh Husin, President Jokowi goes around reviewing various products featured in the Trade Expo Indonesia 2015.
In the implementation of the 2014 ago, more than 10,000 visitors from over 100 countries visited Trade Expo Indonesia with a trade value reached 1 million US dollars. The committee is targeting the number of visitors and trade transaction value will exceed that obtained last year.
At the opening of the Trade Expo 2015, President Jokowi also handed awards Primaniyatra and Primaduta to a number of exporters and importers of Indonesian products.
Attending the ceremony, among others, Minister of Trade Thomas Lembong, Minister of Industry Saleh Husin, Vice Governor of Jakarta, Indonesian Ambassador to friendly countries, as well as the Ambassador and State Representative Companion. (UN/RAH/ES)/Sy.
