President Jokowi Receives Credentials from 10 Ambassadors of Friendly Countries

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo received credentials from 10 Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from friendly countries at the Credential Chamber, Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Monday (10/23).

The submission of the credentials was started with the playing of the national anthems from the friendly countries respectively after the ambassadors arrived at the palace. The 10 Ambassadors from the friendly countries received by President Jokowi were as follows:

  1. Sten Frimodt Nielsen, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Republic of Indonesia;
  2. Tean Samnang, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Indonesia;
  3. Serzhan Abdykarimov, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Indonesia;
  4. Sheikh Abdul Karim Harelimana, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Rwanda to the Republic of Indonesia;
  5. Ameer Khurram Rathore, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Indonesia;
  6. Mario Ignacio Artaza Loyola, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chile to the Republic of Indonesia;
  7. Khamfeuang Phanthaxay, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the Republic of Indonesia;
  8. Jess Dutton, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Indonesia;
  9. Sudqi Atallah Abdel Qader Al Omoush, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Indonesia; and
  10. Floréncio Mariano da Conceição e Almeida, Designate Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Republic of Indonesia.
