During his fourth working visit to Australia, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Tuesday (07/04) was warmly welcomed by Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese.

On that occasion, PM Albanese invited President Jokowi to enjoy the surrounding landscape onboard a boat departed from Admiralty House Pier to Taronga Zoo Pier.

The boat loosened the anchor to sail straight to the venue of the Annual Leaders Meeting (ALM) at 13.20 local time.

At the rear of the boat, the President engaged in a dialogue with PM Albanese while enjoying the scenery around, which showed close relations between the two leaders.

After a 20-minute trip, President Jokowi and PM Albanese arrived at the Taronga Zoo Pier and continued their trip with a presidential motorcade heading to the location of the ALM.

According to PM Albanese, the activity was an equal exchange for the pleasant experience he received during the visit to Indonesia a year ago.

At that time, President Jokowi invited PM Albanese to ride bicycle in the morning to enjoy the atmosphere of the Bogor Botanical Gardens.

“It was an extraordinary experience and I consider it a great honor that the President invited me to ride a bamboo bicycle with him to this beautiful place in the botanical garden,” PM Albanese said during his visit to the Bogor Presidential Palace, Monday (06/06), 2022.
