President Jokowi Starts Working Visit to South Sulawesi Province

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo accompanied by First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo on Thursday (9/9) left for South Sulawesi province for a working visit.

Upon arriving at the Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base, Maros regency, the President will continue the trip to Wajo regency using the Airforce’s Super Puma Helicopter. In Wajo regency, the President is slated to review COVID-19 vaccination drive for students and greet other vaccination participants via videoconference.

Then the President will also review the COVID-19 vaccination activities for the public at the Wewangrewu Health Center, Wajo regency.

Afterwards, President Jokowi will inspect and inaugurate the Gilireng Dam and Paselloreng Dam also in Wajo regency.

Ending the series of working visits in South Sulawesi province, the President will attend a meeting with the Regional Leaders Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) throughout South Sulawesi province which will be held at the Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base. (BPMI/UN) (EST/MMB)
