President Jokowi to Attend Grand Ceremony of Kokam Troops at Manahan Stadium

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo arrived at Indonesian Air Force Base Adi Soemarmo, Boyolali regency, Central Java province, on Wednesday (09/20) around 15.00 western Indonesian time, to hold a working visit. The President’s arrival was welcomed directly by the Interim Governor of Central Java Nana Sudjana.

From the airport, the President and his entourage headed directly to Manahan Stadium, Surakarta city. There, the Head of State is scheduled to attend the grand ceremony of Muhammadiyah Youth Preparedness Command Troops (Kokam).

The President is scheduled to spend the night in Surakarta to continue his working visit at the next day.

Previously, the President and his entourage took off from Indonesian Air Force Base Halim Perdanakusuma using a Boeing 737-400 Indonesian Air Force, at around 13.50 western Indonesian time.
