President Jokowi to Inaugurate Kuabang Airport Terminal in N. Maluku

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, accompanied by Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, on Wednesday (24/3), headed for North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province to conduct a series of working visits.

The Indonesian-1 Presidential aircraft took off from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta at around 07.00 Western Indonesian Time.

Upon arrival at the Kuabang Airport in the regency, the President is scheduled to inaugurate the airport terminal. The President is also slated to inspect mass vaccination to be held at the Kao District Head Office.

After the inspection, President Jokowi and his entourage will return to Kuabang Airport to depart for Pattimura Airport, Ambon City, Maluku Province. The President will spend the night in the city to conduct a series of working visits the next day. (BPMI/UN) (FI/MUR)
