President Jokowi to Inspect Infrastructure Development at Nusantara Capital

During a working visit to Nusantara Capital City Nusantara (IKN) area, East Kalimantan province, on Friday (09/22), President Jokowi is slated to inspect the construction site of Presidential Office as well as install the first Garuda module.

After that, President Jokowi will inspect the construction area of the State Palace and plant trees. Then, he will conduct groundbreaking ceremony of the national football training center and Abdi Waluyo Hospital, followed by a visit to the ministerial housing area and the National Axis area.

After performing Friday prayers at the mosque in the workers’ housing area, President Jokowi will head to West Axis. He will also witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina and the IKN Authority.

At night, President Jokowi will watch a music performance titled “Malam Apresiasi Nusantara”. President Jokowi will stay overnight at IKN to continue his working visit tomorrow. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat/UN) (RKW/EST)
