President Jokowi to Launch Food Estate, Hand Over Land Certificate in E. Java
Indonesian President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, accompanied by First Lady Ibu Iriana Jokowi, will start the second day of their working visit to East Java province, Monday (08/22), by visiting Panceng district, Gresik regency to launch a mango-based food estate and Taksi Alsintan program.
Taksi Alsintan is a program designed to help the agricultural community to procure tools and machinery independently.
Afterward, the President will head to the Larangan Market, Sidoarjo regency, to distribute a number of social assistances to the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and traders.
In addition, the Head of State will go to Delta Sidoarjo Sports Center (GOR) to hand over land certificates to the people. On that occasion, the President will hand over 3,000 certificates to people from Sidoarjo regency, Malang regency and city, and Gresik regency.
