President Jokowi Travels Home after Attending ASEAN-EU Summit

After attending the ASEAN-European Union Summit, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, First Lady Ibu Iriana and the delegation on Wednesday (12/14) took a flight to Indonesia via Abelag Airport, Brussels.

The Garuda Indonesia GIA-1 plane carrying the President, the First Lady and the delegation took off at around 22.30 local time. Accompanying the President and the First Lady before the flight were Indonesian Ambassador Extraordinary And Plenipotentiary in Brussels Andri Hadi and his wife and the Defense Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in the Hague accredited to Belgium and Luxembourg Muhamad Wirda Prayogo and his wife.

The President and his entourage are expected to arrive at Soekarno Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Thursday (12/15) evening.
