President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has urged the people to regularly do exercise to stay healthy and strengthen the immunity system especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“By exercising, our immunity can improve and we can have better health. Thus, I’d like to personally invite the public to exercise and improve our health and immunity,” the President said at Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java province, Sunday (7/6).

For the record, the President on Sunday was seen doing exercise around the palace, accompanied by Commander of the National Defense Forces (TNI) Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto and Chief of the Indonesian National Police General Idham Azis.

“This morning I went running and jogging in order to stay fit,” he said.
