President Jokowi Visits Riau’s Bunda Sri Mersing Market

During his working visit in Riau province, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Thursday (01/05) visited Bunda Sri Mersing traditional market in the port town of Dumai.

Arriving at 14.00 Western Indonesian Time, President Jokowi greeted the residents and handed over social assistance to the market traders and the street vendors.

One of the market traders receiving the assistance, Loretma, said the assistance would be used for additional business capital.

Meeting the President, Loretma and other trade markets as well as the surrounding community expressed joy.

One of them, Natisima, thanked the President.
