President Jokowi Visits Seoul National Cemetery
As part of his working visit to South Korea, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Thursday (07/28) visited Seoul National Cemetery to pay his respect.
The President arrived at the cemetery at around 16.05 local time, accompanied by Head of Seoul National Cemetery, Head of Protocols of Seoul National Cemetery, and the Indonesian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Gandi Sulistiyanto.
At the cemetery, President Jokowi stood at attention and face the South Korean flag as a sign of respect, then walked toward a prepared wreath and handed it to a guard of Seoul National Cemetery.
Afterward, the President signed a guestbook and left the cemetery to meet his South Korean counterpart President Yoon Suk-yeol at Yongsan Presidential Office. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat/UN) (DH/HD)
