President Jokowi Visits West Lampung Regency

On the second day of his working visit to Lampung province, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Friday (07/12) is set to West Lampung regency.

From the Transad Poncowati Stadium Helipad in Central Lampung regency, the President flew with Super Puma Air Force Helicopter around 7.45 AM Western Indonesian Time.

Upon arrival at the Bumi Sekala Bekhak Stadium Helipad in West Lampung regency, President Jokowi is headed to Alimuddin Umar Regional General Hospital (RSUD).

“The President will check the facilities and health services, including BPJS Kesehatan at the hospital,” said Deputy for Protocol, Press, and Media of Presidential Secretariat M. Yusuf Permana in a written statement.

In West Lampung regency, President Jokowi is also scheduled to inspect the coffee harvest in Kembahang village, Batubrak district, before returning to Bumi Sekala Bekhak Stadium to depart for Tanggamus regency.

“In Tanggamus regency, the President will check the prices of staple food at Kota Agung market and inspect health services at Batin Mangunang Regional General Hospital,” Yusuf said. (EST/EP)
