President Jokowi spoke with British Prime Minister David Cameron, in the backyard of the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday (27/7)

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) received the visit of the Prime Minister (PM) of UK, David Cameron, at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (27/7) afternoon.

Wearing a black jacket suits with red ties, President Jokowi immediately welcomed Prime Minister David Cameron, on the terrace of the Merdeka Palace, and took him sign the guest book in the Credential room.

After receiving British Prime Minister at the Presidential Palace, President Jokowi accompanied by several Cabinet Ministers Work, and British Prime Minister David Cameron with members of his delegation heading to the park to talk, then proceed back to the meeting place at the Merdeka Palace.

On that occasion, President Jokowi expressed condolences to British citizens that affected by the terrorist attacks in Tunisia, Sunday, June 26, 2015 last.

Bilateral talks between the two heads of government discussed a number of issues, among others: 1) The issue of UK visa-free for Indonesian citizens (WNI); and 2. Economic Cooperation, which Indonesia is committed to continue to improve the growth, and expect the UK to apply a lower tariff entry for Indonesian products, such as lumber, coffee, clothes, and fishery products.

Attending on the occasion among others Coordinating Minister for Economic Sofyan Djalil; Coordinating Minister of maritime Indroyono Susilo, Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno LP Marsudi; Minister of State Secretary Pratikno; Minister of Trade Rahmat Gobel; Minister of Research and Technology and Higher Education M.
