President Jokowi Will Celebrate Eid al-Adha in Banjarmasin

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) accompanied by the First Lady Iriana will pay visit to Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, on Wednesday (23/9). During the visit, President Jokowi also will pray Eid al Adha 1436 H, in Sabilal Muhtadin Mosque, Banjarmasin.
“According to the schedule of events, until now, the President planned to celebrate Eid al-Adha, or the Feast of Sacrifice in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Wednesday departed to Banjarmasin,” Secretary of State Pratikno said, at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta, Tuesday (22/9) ,
In addition prayers, Eid al-Adha, President Jokowi also scheduled following the Takbeer and submits the sacrificial animals in Sabilal Muhtadin Mosque. President also plans to review the hotspots in South Kalimantan.
State Secretary Pratikno added, in addition to visit South Kalimantan Province, President Jokowi will also visit North Sumatra to see the conditions in the vicinity of Mount Sinabung.
“The President really wants to accelerate the settlement of issues related to the eruption of Mount Sinabung for allegedly would continue, so that the settlement cannot be temporary,” Pratikno said.
Pratikno mentioned that with these conditions the government needs to do the construction of permanent settlements, and providing jobs to people affected by the eruption of the mountain. (*/WID/ES)/Sy.
