President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Monday (25/10) at the State Palace witnessed Ivan Yustiavananda took the oath of office as Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) for the 2021-2026 term of office.

The appointment of Ivan Yustiavananda is based on Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 48/M of 2021 on Honorable Dismissal and the Appointment of Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, which was promulgated in Jakarta on 22 October 2021.

“In the name of Allah, I do solemnly swear that I will exercise my duties and authorities as Head of PPATK in earnest and responsible manners, to dedicate myself to the state, the constitution, and in accordance with the laws and regulations,” Ivan took the oath before President Jokowi.

For the record, Ivan Yustiavananda replaced Dian Ediana Rae whose term of office expires this year. Dian served as Head of PPATK for the 2020-2021 period. (MAY/UN) (RIF/MUR)
