President Prabowo Appoints Andi Rahadian as Indonesian Ambassador to Oman

President Prabowo Subianto, on Friday (04/10), officiated Andi Rahadian as the Indonesian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (LBBP) to the Sultanate of Oman, with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Yemen, at the State Palace, Jakarta.

His appointment as ambassador is stipulated in the Presidential Decree Number 31/P of 2026 on the Appointment of Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia. On the occasion, the President administered the oath of office to the ambassador inaugurated today.

“That I, upon being appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, will be faithful to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and will comply with all laws and regulations to the fullest, for the sake of my service to the nation and state,” the President said as he dictated the oath of office to Andi Rahadian.

The ceremony continued with the signing of minutes and concluded with congratulatory remarks from President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming, followed by the invitees.

Also present at the inauguration were the heads of high-ranking state institutions, ministers and vice ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, the Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces General Agus Subiyanto, the Chief of the National Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and Attorney General ST Burhanuddin.
