President Prabowo Subianto attended a royal luncheon hosted by His Majesty the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim, at the National Palace of Malaysia on Tuesday (05/27).
The luncheon was extended by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim to state leaders participating in the series of the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Kuala Lumpur.
Held in a grand and cordial atmosphere, the luncheon was a key moment in strengthening ties among nations in Southeast Asia and the Gulf regions. Reflecting the Malay culture and heritage, the luncheon brought together summit leaders in a spirit of friendship and cooperation.
Upon arrival at the palace, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim. Their firm handshake signified a strong commitment to bolstering strategic cooperation between the two countries.
The luncheon featured traditional Malay cuisine, showcasing Malaysia’s rich culture. President Prabowo was seated beside His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, and the two were seen engaging in a meaningful conversation.
This royal luncheon also served as a gesture of honor to the state leaders and a significant symbol of close and lasting diplomatic ties.
