President Prabowo Commends National Unity in Recovery Efforts

President Prabowo Subianto commended the people, security forces, and central and regional government officials for their swift cooperation in fostering unity and peace following the recent protest.

“He (the President) expressed his gratitude to all Indonesian citizens, to all security forces, both the police and the TNI (the Indonesian National Defense Forces), to all levels of government, both central and regional, as well as regional heads, governors and regents, for their cooperation,” Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi said in his statement at the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, in Jakarta, on Tuesday (09/02).

The Minister added that the President considered this spirit of togetherness to have fostered unity, harmony, and peace among the people, enabling a swift return to national stability.

In addition, the Minister said the President has been closely monitoring the national situation through reports from relevant agencies. He noted that conditions have gradually returned to normal, reflecting the success of collective efforts to maintain stability.
