President Prabowo Subianto extended his greetings in the commemoration of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to all Muslims in Indonesia and the world. President Prabowo conveyed this greeting during the launch of the 100-gigawatt-peak (GWp) solar power plant (PLTS) program at the Gilimanuk PLTS site, Jembrana Regency, Bali Province, on Tuesday (8/25). As the initial stage of the program’s implementation, the Government launched 14 PLTS in six provinces, with a total capacity of approximately 5.3 GWp.

Because today we commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), I want to extend my greetings to all Muslims all over the world, wherever they are,” said the Head of State.

Moreover, President Prabowo emphasized that observing religious holidays should be accompanied by a spirit of continued contribution and hard work. According to the President, as people of faith, our responsibilities to the nation and the people should be fulfilled not only through prayer but also through real actions.

“On this important religious occasion, we continue to work because we realize that as people of faith, our responsibilities extend beyond prayer and honoring our faith and its religious teachings. We must also contribute and work hard to pursue real progress for our people,” said the President.

On the occasion, President Prabowo also called on everyone to continuously offer gratitude to the Almighty God for the favor, grace, and blessing bestowed upon us, including the opportunity to enjoy peace, good health, and to gather for the launch of the 100 GWp PLTS program.

“As people of faith, let us never cease to give thanks to the Almighty God, the most powerful God, the Lord of all creation, for all the favor, grace, and blessing bestowed upon us. For the opportunity to enjoy peace, live, and good health,” added the President. (Bureau of Press, Media, and Information of the Presidential Secretariat) (TC/LW)
