President Prabowo has expressed appreciation to all members of the Red-and-White Cabinet for their hard work, dedication, and performance over the past two years of his administration.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, the key point of this plenary session is to thank you and express my appreciation to all members of the Red-and-White Cabinet,” he said during a plenary cabinet session at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta on Wednesday (10/21), marking two years of his administration.

According to the President, his cabinet has performed well in carrying out the people’s mandate and serving the people and the state.

The Head of State also highlighted that every cabinet member’s hard work and contribution serve as a crucial part in running the government.

“You have worked very hard. You have steadfastly given what you can give. You have shown a performance that I consider quite exceptional,” he said while expressing appreciation for their solidarity and cooperation.

“I would like to thank you for the solid teamwork you have shown over the past two years. Ladies and Gentlemen, teamwork largely determines an organization’s success. Capability to work together becomes a decisive factor,” he said.

The Head of State further underscored that individual prowess is not a key factor for success, as individuals with mediocre abilities can deliver better results when they can build solid cooperation.

“Ordinary people who can work well in a team are better than many bright and brilliant individuals who cannot collaborate. That is a lesson we have learned from thousands of years of human civilization,” he said while stressing the importance of having a spirit to serve, hard work, and solidarity as a foundation for the Red-and-White Cabinet to perform its duties.

According to the President, a government’s success depends not on its best individuals but on its members’ ability to collaborate for the state and the nation. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (DH/TM)
