President Prabowo Leads Limited Meeting on Law Enforcement, Extreme Weather Preparedness

President Prabowo Subianto chaired a limited meeting via video conference on Saturday (07/12), joined by seven coordinating ministers of the Red and White Cabinet and Minister of State Secretary Pratikno Hadi.
“One day before departing for a series of activities in Belgium at the invitation of President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Council António Costa, and King Philippe of Belgium, the President held a limited meeting with seven coordinating ministers and the Minister of State Secretary via video conference,” Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, who accompanied the President during the meeting, said in a written statement.
According to the Cabinet Secretary, the meeting addressed several issues under the coordinating ministers, including the Government’s commitment to law enforcement, the progress of the ‘Sekolah Rakyat’ (People’s School) program and the Red and White Cooperatives initiative.
“In addition, the President also discussed preparedness measures in response to extreme weather in Jakarta, West Java, Banten, and other provinces, as well as other strategic agendas,” he said.
The Cabinet Secretary further stated that President Prabowo is slated to continue his overseas visit to France after the Belgium visit. “Following the agenda in Belgium, President Prabowo is scheduled to fly directly to France to attend Bastille Day, France’s National Day, on Monday, July 14, 2025, at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron,” he said.
