President Prabowo Performs Friday Prayer with Refugees at Al-Abrar Grand Mosque in Central Aceh Regency

President Prabowo Subianto, Friday (12/12/), performed Friday prayer at the Al-Abrar Grand Mosque, Kebayakan district, Central Aceh regency. He was welcomed by the congregation and local government officials.

The Friday prayer was led by Imam Tengku Mino, while the sermon was delivered by Tengku Muslim, the Acting Head of the Islamic Sharia Office. In his sermon, themed “Befriending Disasters”, Tengku Muslim encouraged the congregation to interpret every trial as part of God’s decree which demands patience, fortitude, and social solidarity in helping those affected.

President Prabowo performed the Friday prayer after inspecting disaster handling in Aceh Tamiang regency earlier that morning, including monitoring the distribution of emergency aid.

After the Friday prayer, President Prabowo continued his agenda by inspecting refugee posts, trauma healing activities, public kitchens, and healthcare services provided for disaster-affected communities in Central Aceh regency and the surrounding areas. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (JAS/MMB)
