President Prabowo Subianto, Monday (02/24), officially signed three legal products that are crucial for the management of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and national strategic investments at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta.

For the record, the President signed Law Number 1 of 2025 on the Third Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises. The President also signed Government Regulation Number 10 of 2025 on the Organization and Governance of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency.

“I have also signed Presidential Decree Number 30 of 2025 on the Appointment of the Supervisory and Executive Boards of Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency, Danantara Indonesia,” the President said.

The signing of these three legal products marked the Government’s commitment to strengthening SOE governance and improving the effectiveness of national investment management. Danantara, as a national strategic investment management institution, is expected to effectively optimize the management of state assets to promote the welfare of the people.

In addition, the President also appointed the Board of Supervisors and the Managing Board of the Danantara agency through a Presidential Decree.
