President Prabowo Subianto Inaugurates Gov’t Officials

President Prabowo Subianto Wednesday (02/19) inaugurated the Head of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the Head of the Statistics Indonesia, and the Head of the National Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN) at the State Palace, Jakarta.
The inauguration was carried out based on Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27/P of 2025 on Appointment of the Head and Deputy Head of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, Number 28/P of 2025 on the Appointment of the Head and Deputy Head of the Statistics Indonesia, and Number 29/P of 2025 on the Dismissal and Appointment of the Head of the National Cyber and Encryption Agency.
The inaugurated officials are as follows:
- Muhammad Yusuf Ateh as Head of the BPKP;
- Agustina Arumsari as Deputy Head of the BPKP;
- Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti as Head of the Statistics Indonesia;
- Sonny Harry Budiutomo Harmadi as Deputy Head of the Statistics Indonesia.
- Nugroho Sulistyo Budi as Head of the BSSN;
President Prabowo led the swearing-in ceremony of the new heads and deputy heads.
“I do solemnly swear by God that I pledge my allegiance to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will uphold all laws and regulations in an honest manner for my service to the nation and state. I will uphold the code of ethics and be fully responsible in carrying out my duties,” reads the oath.
After the inauguration, Head of Statistics Indonesia Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti stated that the Statistics Indonesia has the task of overseeing the finalization and updating of the single data based on Presidential Instruction Number 4 of 2025 on the National Single Socio-Economic Data.
“The Statistics Indonesia will collaborate with ministries/institutions that also assigned to the task,” Amalia said.
Meanwhile, Head of the BSSN Nugroho Sulistyo Budi ensured that the BSSN will also oversee the confidentiality and availability of the single digitalization data and expressed hope that the data can be used appropriately for national development.
“I hope the single data can become the sole reference for everyone,” Nugroho said.
In addition, Head of the BPKP Muhammad Yusuf Ateh said that the BPKP’s task is to maintain financial accountability and development of ministries, institutions, and state-owned enterprises.
“We will oversee all of the President’s strategic priority programs. Also, we will find ways to increase state revenues in sectors that have not been touched so far,” Ateh said. (BPMI Presidential Secretariat/ABD) (GWH/LW)
