President Prabowo Subianto Wednesday (02/19) inaugurated Brian Yuliarto as the new Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology for the 2024-2029 period.The appointment follows Presidential Decree
Number 26/P of 2025 on the dismissal and appointment of state ministers for the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024-2029 period.
During the ceremony, the President also led the oath of office for the newly inaugurated minister.
“I do solemnly swear that I will be faithful to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will enforce the laws and regulations as truthful as possible for the sake of my devotion to the nation and state. That in fulfilling my duties I will uphold the work ethics in the best possible way with a full sense of responsibility,” the President said, guiding Brian in taking the oath.
Following the oath, the newly inaugurated Minister signed the official minutes marking his inauguration as Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.
The ceremony concluded with congratulations from President Prabowo Subianto, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and other dignitaries.
In his statement after the inauguration, Brian said he would immediately work and take concrete steps to support government programs. Internal consolidation, he added, will also be carried out immediately to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.
Brian also emphasized his commitment to quickly taking concrete actions to support Government programs, underscoring the importance of internal consolidation to ensure the smooth execution of these programs.
