President Prabowo Subianto Monday (10/6) arrived at Depati Amir Airport in Bangka Belitung Islands province for a working visit.

The President was welcomed by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Governor of Bangka Belitung Islands Hidayat Arsani, Commander of Sriwijaya Regional Military Command, Major General Ujang Darwis, and Chief of Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Police, Inspector General Drs. Hendro Pandowo.

The President is slated to visit PT Tinindo Internusa to inspect state-confiscated assets at the company. This visit is part of the supervision and evaluation of the Forest Area Enforcement Task Force (Satgas PKH) in regulating forest areas and managing mineral resources in the region.

The President’s visit demonstrated the Government’s commitment to strengthening the governance of natural resources and ensuring that state assets obtained through law enforcement can be utilized for national interests.

Joining the President during the visit were Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Head of the Government Communications Agency Angga Raka Prabowo.  (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (RI/EP)
