President Prabowo Subianto Welcomed Warmly in Balikpapan Ahead of RDMP Balikpapan Inauguration

President Prabowo Subianto departed from South Kalimantan province and arrived at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport in Balikpapan city, East Kalimantan province to inaugurate the integrated energy infrastructure of the Pertamina Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Balikpapan Monday (01/02).
At the airport, the President was welcomed by the East Kalimantan Governor Rudy Mas’úd, Commander of Military Regional Command VI/Mulawarman, Major General (TNI) Krido Pramono, and East Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector-General of Police Endar Priantoro.
Along the route from the airport to the inauguration site, Balikpapan’s residents, including children, enthusiastically cheered the President’s name. Some children even waved Indonesia’s red-and-white national flag as the President’s motorcade passed by.
In response to this festive welcome, President Prabowo Subianto warmly greeted the crowd. From his car, the Head of State waved and smiled, underscoring his close connection with the people.
Several Balikpapan residents also took the opportunity to capture this welcoming moment on their phones. The warm and enthusiastic greetings shown by the people of Balikpapan today reflected their support for Indonesia’s development under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto.
