Regarding the ASEAN Summit readiness, Sir?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

Yes. Everything has been planned and prepared; we hope that by the ASEAN Summit in September, everything will be 100 percent ready.

Journalist
Regarding attendance, we received information that non-ASEAN heads of state are also slated to attend. What’s the current situation, sir?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

The process is still ongoing.

Journalist
Will Myanmar attend the Summit?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

We hope that the Myanmar’s problem will be resolved soon since it concerns humanity, the people of Myanmar. In reality, it is not easy and complicated. The conflict is no longer a conflict between a group versus the other, but between the third, fourth, or the fifth group, so it will take some time. And it can be resolved soon if all stakeholders in Myanmar have the willingness. Otherwise, it will be very difficult.

Journalist
Is Joe Biden also going to attend the Summit this September?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

Everything is still on the confirmation process.

Journalist

I have ridden the MRT many times.

Journalist
And what do they think?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

While riding the MRT, the Ambassadors asked me whether they can try the high-speed train next month. I will invite them.

Journalist
Mr. President, will the Government push for revision of the Military Justice Law?

President of the Republic of Indonesia (Joko Widodo)

No, not yet.
