Your Excellency Prime Minister Kausea Natano, it is a pleasure to meet you here. I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your esteemed presence. The AIS Forum Summit holds significant importance in fostering solidarity among archipelagic and island nations through tangible collaboration and inclusive cooperation.

Your Excellency, I’d like to highlight three things. First, regarding strengthening cooperation, which is crucial for one Pacific family in addressing common challenges. The cooperation should be rooted in a spirit of collaboration and mutual respect, including sovereignty and territorial integrity that are also vital for achieving a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Indo-Pacific region.
