Remarks of President of the Republic of Indonesia during the Inauguration of Mandalika Circuit and Lombok International Airport – Mandalika SEZ Bypass Road at Mandalika SEZ, 12 November 2021, West Nusa Tenggara Province

Good morning,
Peace and prosperity be upon us,

Thank God, we should be grateful that the construction of Lombok International Airport (BIL) – Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) bypass road spanning 17.3 kilometers has been completed and is ready for use so that travel time from the airport to Mandalika is now only fifteen minutes.

Furthermore, the construction of Mandalika Circuit spanning 4.3 kilometers using the latest asphalt technology, namely stone mastic asphalt (SMA), has also been completed and is ready for use.

Everything is ready to be used to support the world-class events in Mandalika region, such as the one soon to be held, namely World Superbike 2021 and later MotoGP in March 2022.

By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I hereby officially inaugurate Mandalika Circuit.
