Distinguished Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Force (TNI) dan Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) along with Chiefs of Staff;
Distinguished Parents of TNI and Polri Youth Officers;
TNI and Polri Youth Officers that I love and I am proud of,

First of all, on behalf of myself, the people, the nation, and the state, congratulations on your inauguration as TNI and Polri officers this morning. I take immense pride in inaugurating young officers, young knights who embody courage, confidence, and optimism. They stand ever-prepared to dedicate themselves, uniting the nation, tirelessly working and serving for the betterment of our country.

TNI and Polri Youth Officers that I am proud of,
Starting today, you will embark on a journey of absolute dedication, proving your ability and loyalty in carrying out state duty, in serving the people, the nation and the state. Your task will not be easy. You must maintain national security stability, uphold the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and continue the baton of national leadership. You will face a completely different situation ahead. The world is experiencing rapid changes, technological disruptions, and dynamic geopolitics. In these situations, it is crucial to provide prompt and suitable responses.

The world of military and police is also experiencing rapid changes. We cannot fall behind. Constantly monitor any technological development. Equip yourself to handle technology-based threats so you can perform your duties effectively. Therefore, I urge you to keep learning, honing your skills, mastering knowledge and technology, and fostering a spirit of innovation.

TNI and Polri Officers that I am proud of,
Set yourself as an example to the public, maintain professional integrity, uphold the ethics and values of the soldiers who always stand at the forefront to assist the wider community. Both TNI and Polri must constantly improve synergy, communication, and interaction to resolve common problems.

Esteemed Parents of TNI and Polri Youth Officers,
I am happy, just like all of you. I am proud of the achievements they made. They are not just a source for your pride, but also for all the people of Indonesia. I’d also like to thank the leaders of TNI and Polri, relevant educators, trainers, and caretakers for the TNI and Polri Education and Training Institute ranks for their dedication to shaping strong and courageous officers with character.

Once again, good luck with your duty, young knights. Carry out the duties with full responsibility. Be a soldier that is upright to the constitutions and rules. Make your parents proud. Make the nation proud. The honor of the state is now in your hands. Protect it, nurture it, and make it shine brightly.
