Remarks of President of the Republic of Indonesia on the Inauguration of Regional Road Inpres Implementation in W. Nusa Tenggara Province, May 2, 2024

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen.

The development and improvements to roads in West Nusa Tenggara province last year are now finished, covering five road sections across four regencies: West Lombok, West Sumbawa, Sumbawa, and Bima. The total length of these roads is 40.6 kilometers, with the projects costing Rp211 billion, a significant expenditure. We hope these roads will improve logistics speed and provide better access to productive areas, such as agricultural and plantation zones, all supported by high-quality infrastructure.

And, by saying “bismillahirrahmanirrahim,” this morning I officially inaugurate the Implementation of the Regional Road Inpres in West Nusa Tenggara Province.
