This morning, Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) Commander, Indonesian National Police (Polri) Chief, and I were jogging together for the sake of our health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining health is really important. Thus, by doing exercise, we hope it will boost our immune system, and improve our health. I also call on the public to exercise to improve their health and immunity.
