We give the vaccines to people registered until last night. Considering their enthusiasm, there will be tons of people waiting for vaccination if we did not make the registration. In total, the vaccines were given to 66,790 people today.

Out of the numbers, 121,000 doses were from the Polri Chief in which 101,000 doses have been injected to the people, while the remaining 20,000 doses will be distributed until 30 June 2021.

In the implementation, we involved 475 vaccinator teams from provincial health units, municipality’s governments, and the TNI-Polri. Today’s vaccination will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. So far, 6,000 people have been vaccinated.

For the record, 121,000 doses of vaccines provided by the Police Chief is only a part of 160,000 doses targeted for the province.
