What did you observe at this boarding school?

I observed activities at Syubbanul Wathon [Islamic Boarding School] in Magelang be it the vocational school or junior high school.

I also learned that the activities went very well because all students have been fully vaccinated. All of them, 100 percent. Teachers have also received booster shots. I think it will set as a good example for all schools and boarding schools.

What are the preparations made by the school for the upcoming Ramadan, for instance preparation for tarawih prayer, ritual activities during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr?

We’re now preparing activities for Ramadan. We used to maintain safe distance but now it can be relaxed. The school is also under supervision of a hospital owned by the school, namely Syubbanul Wathon Hospital. Thus, the school is supervised by Syubbanul Wathon Hospital.

Do you think the school can be a good example for others?

It’s great here in Syubbanul Wathon and hopefully it can set an example. I have noticed that all students are wearing face masks. It is a great example. Thank you.
