Good afternoon, Mr. President. What is your response regarding the cost of PCR test, which is still quite expensive?
President Joko Widodo:
Yes. One thing that we can do to boost test quantity is by lowering the price of test. And, I have spoken with Minister of Health (Budi Gunadi Sadikin) regarding this issue; I order that the cost of PCR test must be ranging from Rp450,000 to Rp550,000. In addition, I also order that the results of PCR test can be obtained in less than 24 hours. Speed is what we need.
