This Morning, President Jokowi and the First Lady Fly to Banjarbaru and Tarakan
After visiting the location of landslide disaster in Banjarnegara, Central Java, on Sunday, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and First Lady Iriana is heading from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport Jakarta to Syamsudin Noor Airport, Banjarbaru, South Borneo, in order to attend the peak of 2014 Nusantara Day.
On Monday afternoon, President and his entourage are scheduled to continue his journey to Tarakan, North Borneo, to attend the National Deliberation of Regional Development Planning of Borneo, and to visit the border in Sebatik, Nunukan.
By the presidential plane, President Jokowi and the First Lady Flew at 06.58 a.m. From Banjarbaru, President Jokowi and his entourage will continue his flight to Gusti Syamsir Alam Airport in Stagen, Pulau Laut Utara, Kotabaru, South Borneo.
According to the plan, on this Nusantara Day, President will declare the Maritime-Axis to the world. This event will be the milestones change of land dimension to sea dimension of 20152019.
Accompanying President in this time visit is Minister of Forestry and Live Environment Siti Nurbaja and Cabinet Secretary Andi Widjajanto.
Tarakan and Nunukan
In the afternoon, President Jokowi and First Lady will fly back to Banjarmasin with CN-295, to continue their flight Juwata Airport, Tarakan, North Borneo, a new province in Borneo Island.
In Tarakan, President Jokowi will give a speech in that event scheduled on Monday at 7 p.pm. local time.
