VP Ma’ruf Amin Encourages UNS to Improve Digital Technology Mastery

Vice President Ma’ruf Amin Friday (03/11) joined the 46th Dies Natalis of Sebelas Maret University (UNS) through video conference.
On that occasion, the Vice President said that UNS plays an important role in nurturing strong and resilient future leaders.
Hence, he urged the university to strengthen its role through digital technology mastery amidst digitalization era.
“Digital technology mastery is the key to competency; yet it must also be coupled by creativity, innovation, social awareness, and faith,” he said.
Ma’ruf also expressed hope that UNS can promote the values of plurality and tolerance which must be reflected by characters of the graduates who always uphold plurality, preserve tolerance, and nurture unity in diversity.
He also reminded UNS to continue increasing active participation in executing the Tri Dharma (three pillars) of higher education and contributing to materialize a prosperous and blessed Indonesia.
