VP Ma’ruf Amin Inspects G20 Summit Venue in Bali

Vice President Ma’ruf Amin Tuesday (08/30) inspected Apurva Kempinski hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali that will be used as one of the venues for the upcoming G20 Summit in November 2022.

On that occasion, the Vice President expressed hope that Indonesia will be a great host of G20 Summit by providing prime services to all delegates, considering that the G20 Summit will be attended by state leaders and leaders of international organizations.

Ma’ruf also told national committee of this year’s G20 Summit to learn from previous events so that the old same mistakes can be avoided.

The Vice President also expressed hope that Indonesia’s G20 Presidency under the theme “Recover Together, Recover Stronger” will bear fruit in post COVID-19 pandemic recovery.

In addition to inspecting the venues, Vice President Ma’ruf Amin also inspected electric vehicles that will be used by state leaders and delegates, as well as electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU) located around Apurva Kempinski hotel area. (BPMI of Vice President’s Secretariat/UN) (AP/EP)
