VP Ma’ruf Amin Inspects Quake-Hit Pandeglang

Vice President Ma’ruf Amin Thursday (01/20) left for Pandeglang regency, Banten province, to inspect quake-hit area of Munjul district.

The Vice President took off from the Jakarta National Monument Field to the Pesanggrahan Field Helipad of Munjul district at around 08:30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) onboard the Super Puma Helicopter.

Upon his arrival, the Vice President was welcomed by Head of the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) Suharyanto, Deputy Governor of Banten Andika Hazrumy, Commander of Regional Military Command (Pangdam) III/Siliwangi Agus Subiyanto, Chief of Banten Regional Police Rudy Heriyanto, and Regent of Pandeglang Irna Narulita and went directly to the affected location in Cibeulah village.

At the location, Vice President Ma’ruf Amin was welcomed by Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini and  inspected as well as distributed assistance to the quake-affected residences.

After the inspection, the Vice President and the entourage headed to Serang city to lead a meeting on Public Service Mall and Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Pendopo of Banten Governor Office in Serang city and visit MSMEs booths in this location.
