VP Ma’ruf Amin Visits Industrial Estate in Sulawesi

Vice President Ma’ruf Amin, accompanied by Ibu Wury Ma’ruf Amin, on Thursday (05/19) will visit Southeast Sulawesi Province.

During the visit, Vice President will attend the groundbreaking for the Nusantara Industri Sejati (NIS) Industrial Estate in Motui District, North Konawe Regency and distribute social assistance to communities in Kendari City.

Using Special Presidential Aircraft Boeing 737-400 of the Indonesian Air Force, Vice President and his entourage took off from Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten at around 07.30 Western Indonesia Time and  are scheduled to arrive at the Haluoleo Air Force Base, Southeast Sulawesi, at 11.30 Central Indonesia Time.

Afterward, Vice President and a limited entourage will depart to North Konawe using a Super Puma Helicopter and using land transport to the NIS Industrial Area.

After the event, Vice President and his entourage will return to Kendari City and is scheduled to hand over social assistance in the form of Cash Assistance (BLT) and Social Security Assistance and Santripreneur assistance at the Meohai Sentra Kendari.

Accompanying Vice President on the visit were Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, Managing Director of the BPJS for Employment Anggoro Eko Cahyo, and Head of the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Noor Achmad. (BPMI Vice Presidential Secretariat/UN) (RI/HD)
