President Prabowo Joins Swearing-in Ceremony of New Deputy Chief Justice

President Prabowo Subianto Monday (11/10) at the State Palace, Jakarta witnessed Dwiarso Budi Santiarto take an oath as Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs.

The appointment was based on Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 101/P of 2025 on Dismissal of the Deputy Chief Justice for Supervision of the Supreme Court and Appointment of the Deputy Chief Justice for Non-Judicial Affairs.

The decree stipulated by President Prabowo was red out by Deputy to Minister of State Secretary for Apparatuses’ Administration Affairs Nanik Purwanti. Afterwards, Dwiarso took an oath before the Head of State.

“I do solemnly swear that I will take responsibility as the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs in the best and fairest way possible, to bear true faith and allegiance to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and to execute all laws and regulations in an upright manner according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia for the sake of the state and the nation,” Dwiarso recited.

After taking the oath, Dwiarso signed the official record of the oath-taking. The ceremony concluded with congratulations from President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming, followed by the invited guests in attendance.

Also attending the inauguration were heads of state institutions, ministers, and deputy ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces Gen. Agus Subiyanto, and Chief of the Indonesian National Police Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (GWH/MUR)
