President Jokowi Gives Quizzes at Pancasila Day Commemoration

The commemoration of the 2024 Pancasila Day not only could be felt by the people attending the ceremony in Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR), but also in Bulog Warehouse of Teluk Binjai district, Dumai city, Riau province.

The statement was made by President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo who was at the warehouse on Saturday (06/01) and gave a quiz on Pancasila (the Five Principles) to the beneficiary families.

“Do you know Pancasila?  Anyone can recite Pancasila? I would like someone who shows enthusiasm to come up here,” President Jokowi said.

One of the beneficiaries, Mamak Dena, stood instantly and raised her hand after listening to the President’s question. With confidence and great delight, Mamak Desa came forward to President Jokowi.

At the beginning, Mamak Dena was able to recite Pancasila fluently, but then she was a little bit confused when reciting the fourth principle until President Jokowi guided her to recite it fluently.

“You missed it because you are too enthusiastic,” President Jokowi, commenting on her.

Another participant, Anton, was given the opportunity by the President to recite Pancasila despite some difficulties in his reciting.

President Jokowi finally gave Mamak Dena and Anton bicycles as an appreciation to their efforts.

Quiz on Pancasila given by President Jokowi had been a joyful moment of the President and the local people during the Pancasila Day Commemoration.
