The ceremony began with a report from ceremony officer Syamsu Khoirudin to President Prabowo Subianto, who served as the ceremony inspector, before they proceeded to the parade courtyard.

After the national salute and honors, the President received a report from ceremony commander Yasar Lukman.

IPDN Rector Halilul Khairi announced the best graduates based on Ministerial Decree Number 800.1.2.5-1431 of 2026 on the appointment of IPDN Graduates as Young Civil Servants of Batch XXXIII of 2026.

  2. Charina Anggie Simbolon;
  3. Mohamad Toriq Anwar.

Reflecting their commitment to upholding integrity, professionalism, and dedication to the nation, the graduates took an oath led by President Prabowo Subianto as follows:

“That I will carry out my government duties to the best of my ability, remain loyal, and serve as a unifying force for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, founded on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. That I am prepared to sacrifice my life and soul for the interests of the state, the nation, and the people. That I will faithfully serve, dedicate myself to, and set an exemplary example for the people.”

In his message, President Prabowo Subianto congratulated the graduates on their inauguration. He also underscored the path they have chosen to serve the people, the nation, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).

“Today is, of course, a special day for all of you. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the nation, the people, and myself, I would like to congratulate all of you on your official inauguration officially,” he said.

The President also noted that the path they had chosen was not an easy one. He therefore urged the graduates to uphold service, discipline, and loyalty in carrying out their duties as civil servants and as an engine of development across the country.

“My children, you have chosen to dedicate your body and soul for NKRI. Your life will carry the nation’s expectation. You must be present when the people face difficulties. You must be a source of hope, support, and guidance for the people,” he continued.

After the President’s message, the ceremony continued with the closing report from the ceremony commander to the ceremony inspector, followed by the national salute and honors to conclude the procession. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (RD/EP)
