President Prabowo Scheduled to Meet President Macron at Élysée Palace, Paris

President Prabowo arrives at Orly International Airport, Paris, on Friday (01/23)
The presidential aircraft carrying President Prabowo Subianto arrived at Orly International Airport, Paris, France, on Friday (01/23) at 2.50 p.m. local time. The President’s visit to France forms part of a bilateral diplomatic agenda aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation between Indonesia and France.
Upon his arrival at the airport, President Prabowo was welcomed by French Ambassador to Indonesia Fabien Penone, Indonesian Ambassador to France Mohamad Oemar, and Indonesia’s Defense Attaché in Paris First Marshal Hendra Gunawan.
After disembarking the aircraft, the President walked on the red carpet, shook hands with the officials welcoming him, and then proceeded to the VVIP vehicle to continue his trip.
Later in the evening, President Prabowo was scheduled to meet French President Emmanuel Macron at a private dinner held at the Élysée Palace. The meeting aims to discuss the strengthening of Indonesia-France bilateral relations across various strategic sectors.
