Mahar Mardjono National Brain Center Hospital (RS PON), Cawang, East Jakarta, has received positive feedback from patients undergoing therapy and treatment.
Inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday (08/26), the hospital’s new and state-of-the-art facilities were seen as a new hope in their recovery journeys.
Mutia, a patient undergoing robotic rehabilitation for Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), shared that the atmosphere of the new building has greatly lifted the patients morale.
“My leg strength has improved, alhamdulillah, and my walking pattern also seems to be smoother,” Mutia said after undergoing twelve therapy sessions.
Aslam Harahap, a patient undergoing anti-gravity treadmill therapy, also shared a positive feedback. He said that the new service at RSPON Mahar Mardjono has improved and appreciated the doctor’s punctuality in their practice.
“The new building is far better in many aspects. It is more comfortable and overall an excellent improvement. The services are outstanding and the doctors, nurses, and technicians are also friendly. When I come for a checkup, the doctor is already available so we no longer have to wait long. I hope more hospitals in Indonesia can follow the example of excellent and friendly service,” he remarked.
Meanwhile, Salman, a physiotherapy patient, claimed to experience comfort the first time he went into the new treatment room.
“This is a new feeling. A very good one. I think the new facilities really accommodate the patients. And the room is very comfortable, right from the moment I stepped in,” he stated.
The RSPON Mahar Mardjono’s new building and facilities have not only enhanced the service quality, but also fostered a renewed sense of optimism among patients and their families. Supported by modern technology and high-quality services, the hospital is projected to become a leading referral center for the treatment of neurological and brain disorders in Indonesia.
