President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Wednesday (09/25) presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Magnum Resort Nusantara in the new capital of Nusantara.

On that occasion, the President underscored the significance of strategic investment in developing Nusantara into a global city with world-classs facilities, highlighting the capital’s immense potential to become an international investment destination.

During the discussion with the President, Russian investor representatives Mr. Igor Maximov and Mr. Stanislav Sadovnikov expressed enthusiasm about Nusantara’s prime location and promising investment prospects.

“They said that it was the best location they had ever seen,” the President said, referring to the Russian investors’ comment, highlighting that the new capital has promising global attractions.

Magnum Resort Nusantara, set to be developed on a 1.3-hectare plot with an investment of Rp300 billion, will be a luxurious and exclusive residential area.

The President also noted that the residential area would be a high-quality property choice for those seeking to live in the new capital. while expressing hope that Nusantara will continue to evolve into a vibrant growth center that attracts investors from all over the world.

“By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, this morning I hereby declare the construction of Magnum Resort Nusantara begin,” he remarked. (KS/DNS) (DH/EP)
