President Prabowo Subianto Meets House Deputy Speaker on Eid Readiness

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya announced that President Prabowo Subianto met with Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Prof. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday (03/04).
The discussion focused on several strategic issues currently attracting public attention, particularly in the lead-up to Eid Al-Fitr celebrations.
“President Prabowo Subianto received Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Prof. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, accompanied by several ministers from the Red and White Cabinet at Merdeka Palace on Wednesday (3/04),” Teddy said in a written statement.
According to Teddy, the President listened to the aspirations conveyed by the House of Representatives through the Deputy Speaker relating to several recent developments that have drawn public attention.
“The President received inputs from the House of Representatives through the Deputy Speaker on a range of current issues, including food supply readiness and price stability, the implementation of economic stimulus measures, the availability of oil and LPG reserves ahead of Eid al-Fitr, as well as geopolitical developments at both the domestic and international levels,” Teddy said.
The meeting was also attended by Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
The meeting also underscored the close coordination between the Government and the House of Representatives in ensuring the effective implementation of strategic policies, while maintaining national stability amid rapidly evolving global dynamics. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (TCUD/EP)
